- Short breaks within Peak Season are not normally accepted but may be available suject to enquiry with us.
- Properties can be reserved on line and are subject to availability, A £100 deposit is required upon booking payable by credit card, the balance payable within 6 weeks of your holiday. For booking at short notice, within 6 week, full payment is due upon booking.
- Sofa beds are available in certain properties for occasional guest use at a small extra charge of £30.
- For short break group bookings i.e. one or more properties, please contact us. Our rates are based on 75% of the weekly price
- All properties are strictly non-smoking.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT, bed linen, towels, power and heating.
- A dog is welcome in Lady Tower and Manor Hall by pre arrangement only and subject to a small extra charge of £25.
